Cancellations:

Reservations cancelled on or within 72 hours prior to arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night(s) room and tax charges in addition to the $25 cancellation fee per room. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night(s) room and tax charges in addition to the $25 cancellation fee per room. **Reservations made for arrival between 6/6/08 - 6/09/08 and 8/1/08 - 8/4/08 are subject to a penalty equal to first night's room and tax plus $25.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within 17 days of arrival date.**
